The purpose of this project was take an element from the periodic table of elements and look into the history, symbolism, and true nature of it. I chose to focus on the element of Silver. This element is often connected to the Moon, Tides, various mythologies, spirituality, and more. In the initial supercut I looked at finding balance such as life vs death, hate vs love, truth vs lie, etc. In the poster series I sought to capture the mystical, spiritual, and more fantastical elements of the element and some of it’s origins
